Refund Policy

We want every client to feel confident paying online. This policy explains when refunds are available for services purchased from Jhimjham LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Before Work Begins — Full Refund

If you cancel before we have started work on your project (no kickoff call held, no scope document issued, no design or development time spent), you are entitled to a 100% refund, minus any non-recoverable payment-processing fees. Request it within 14 days of payment at contact@jhimjham.tech.

2. After Work Has Begun — Pro-Rated Refund

If you cancel after work has started, we will calculate a fair, pro-rated refund based on the portion of the project completed at the time of cancellation. You will receive:

• A written breakdown of work completed and hours invested;
• All work-in-progress files produced up to that point;
• The unused portion of your payment refunded to the original payment method.

3. After Delivery — Revisions First

Completed and delivered work is generally non-refundable, because design and development time cannot be returned. However, if a deliverable does not match the agreed written scope, we will fix it at no cost. Every package includes revision rounds for exactly this purpose. If we are unable to meet the agreed scope after reasonable revision attempts, we will offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (domains, stock assets, plugin licenses, hosting fees);
• Completed milestone payments for milestones you have approved in writing;
• Monthly maintenance fees for months already served;
• Rush fees, where work was already expedited.

5. Duplicate or Mistaken Payments

Accidentally paid twice, or entered the wrong amount on our payment page? Contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate or incorrect charge in full — no questions asked.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

• Email contact@jhimjham.tech with your receipt reference (it starts with JJ-) and the reason for your request.
• We acknowledge every refund request within 2 business days.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — almost every issue can be resolved faster directly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of ongoing services while the dispute is investigated.
